YHC appears to have a habitual lateness problem as, once again, i came screaming in on 2 wheels at 0533. But as the saying goes, step 1 is admitting you have a problem, right? Anyway, YHC was pleased to find 7 speedsters, including FNG Chris, ready to sweat it out for 4 x 1 mile repeats at Gaga. Kumquat, although liking the #pb, was not there.
