Go to the back for a meat grinder
Step-ups (20 IC is the timer)
Alternating Staggered ‘Mericans on the low bar
Dips
Decline ‘Mericans
Incline Bar climb
Zig-zag hops
Block Squat Thrusters

Hanging Toe Touches

Wait…we didn’t do pull-ups.
Remaining time (~20 minutes) “Nicole” trail/sidewalk run.
Starting at the playground pick your poison…Run a trail lap or run about ¼ mile down the sidewalk up to Ash Hollow and back.  Each time you get back do MAX pull-ups.  Trail was quite muddy…stuck to the pavement
