Only 3 showed up for the hardest workout of the day.
Here is what happened – as best I can remember.
Warmorama:
Jog – High Knees – Butt Kickers – Karaoke Left – Karaoke Right
The Thang:
Merkin Time Bomb – we started at 1 and worked our way up to 7.
Ladder – sprinted to one of end of the parking lot and completed 11 world war II sit ups, sprinted to the other end and completed 1 burpee..sprinted back and completed 10 world war II sit ups, sprinted to the other end and completed 2 burpees- kept it up until we completed 1 world war II sit up and 11 merkins.
Imediately following the ladder:
Lunge walk to the second median then completed 30 squats
Bear crawl to the fourth median then completed 30 LBC's
Crab walked to the end then completed 30 crunchy frogs.
Ladder – just like the ladder above but we switched the exercises to 8 count body builders and V-ups and only had time to go up to 8.
