7 gathered to celebrate Ash Wednesday and the return of Tupak at #Hollywood.
After a quick disclaimer and distribution of CMUs, we took off, for we had far to travel.
We stopped several times on our way to the greenway hill by Pure Barr, deftly using our blocks each time.
Upon arrival, orders were given and exercises commenced. The Thang:
Run down to the 2nd light, do 7 burpees and 20 alternating LBCs, come back up the hill backward. At the top we were to do 10 Block Curls, 10 Block Squats, 20 Old School sit-ups.
And then we repeated this process, reducing the burpee count by 1 each time, keeping all else the same.
We then hoofed it back, double-time, to the COT, save for a stop for 15 slow block ‘Mericans.
No time for MARY today, we got that during the workout.

1. Good to see our old friend Tupak back in action and off the Kotters list. Where are you posting tomorrow?
2. Airstream and Deep Dish ended up tag-teaming the exercises. They swapped off burpees, LBCs, curls, you name it. Or maybe that was imagined?
3. Jethro must have gotten lost on his way to Water Wings. He said he knew should’ve taken that left in Albuquerque. He crushed it anyway.
4. Greyhound continues to get better and better while Holiday gets funnier and funnier.
