6 at Cobalt this morning. Perfect weather. Couldn’t even get through the warm-up before the requests started coming in from one of our Pax who I think we can all agree is a little high maintenance.
Warm-up
SSH X 15 IC, Runners Lunge, Cherry Pickers
Main Event
Run from clubhouse to upper playground (1 mile). 4 stops along the way. Stop 1: Windmills X 15 IC (request from high maintenance Pax member), 25 merkins OYO. Stops 2-4: 25 merkins OYO at each
At upper playground, partner up for a teaming set. 1 person runs about 1/4 mile while the other team member does exercises. Exercise totals per team: 200 pull-ups, 200 dips, 200 squats. Run back to clubhouse with only one stop and 25 merkins OYO. All she wrote when we got back.
3 miles running, 125 merkins, 100 dips, 100 pull-ups, 100 squats.
Moleskin
- Grip increased his RSVP time from 5 mins to 20 mins prior to the workout. Thanks man. Think it was overheard again that Thursday Cobalt is G-RIP’s favorite F3 workout. Thanks man.
- Germantor back from the annual F3 ski trip to Alta. Sounds like it was an awesome time. They have some serious snow up that way. Looking for some more representation from MILF3 for next year’s trip.
- Natty putting shingles on his gazebo roof in the dark last night. Nothing too dangerous about that…..until your extension cord catches on fire. Gazebo still standing and Natty at the workout so all ended up well.
- Toro and Grip ripping off the exercises during main set. Created some free time for bonding as they conversed while watching the rest of us complete our reps.
- Pinky doing some heavy lifting to captain the Palmetto 200 team. Appreciate you cap. Good stuff.
