6 explorers ventured forth into The Wilderness, to see what YHC had in store. Soprano, being foolish enough to partake in the silly Burpee challenge, got a jump on the day by completing his prior to the workout (silly man!).
Warm-a-rama
Mosey to the tree:
- 5 Burpees
- SSH x1 IC
- IST x10 IC
- Toy Soldier x10 IC
Mosey to the road
The Thang
- 5 Burpees
- Mosey to Queen's Corner – 5 Burpees
- Quadraphelia to the rock pile and grab a coupon – 5 Burpees
- Walk to the waterfall, performing intervals of Curls, Shoulder Presses, Skull Crushers, Zamporini, and Vertical Chest Presses
- At the island, proceed around performing 5 Burpees, 15 V-Ups, 20 Mericans, and 10 WW1 Sit-ups at the respective corners (3 rounds)
- Grab your rocks, and repeat the traveling exercises on the way back.
- Mosey to Queen's corner – 5 Burpees
- Freddie Mercury x15 IC
- Mosey the back way to home court – 5 Burpees at the culdesac, and 10 IC Monkey Humpers for Jester
- Mosey to the parking lot – 5 Burpees

- Walk the elbow plank x7
Moleskin
- We were concerned about Amen's no-show, until I tracked him down later and was reminded the fam went skiing, and then took the boys back to school.
- My Burpee count may be slightly off above, but we did at least 40. Good think Soprano got his daily requirement of 50 in before the workout!! *giggle*
- Ultraman snuck some in prior to the workout, and continued to do extras throughout, so i'm sure that he ended up well above 50 too!! *giggle*
- Even though he is participating in the challenge, Blackbeard complained about the Burpees throughout the workout. *thinking*
- Topgun and HotWax were all business (at least I didn't hear them complaining). Not that it would have mattered much anyway.
