Your QIC has been neglecting his stability and lower body rehab for a few weeks now…figured I'd subject the rest of the pax to this nonsense. After watching the other 4 today, its sorely needed…we can do a pull up all day, but standing on one leg for more than 2 seconds is quite the challenge.
Before you grab your block and head to the front – knock out a round of max pullups.
Split in to 2 groups – rotate between these 3 exercises
- Half squat lateral shift w/band around your feet – up to first line at top of parking lot and back
- Block raises
- Twisted T cups – Stand on one leg, put other foot on inside of knee, arms extended, and spin your torso from left to right (switch leg after each round)
- Repeato X3
Circle of Pain
- Low plank – alternating leg lifts for 10 count
- merkins
- ISW
- LBC
- Mtn Climbers
- Peter Parkers
- Low Plank
Back into your groups for round 2 – rotate between these 3 exercises
- Suicides
- Block Twist
- Riverdance
- Repeato X3
Grab block and take them home – and knock out another round of max pullups
