We met, we worked out, we complained, we went home…

Warm up mosey and then warmed up with Side Straddle Hops, Windmills, Arm Circles, Imperial storm troopers, a mobility minute of pigeon, mountain climbers and merkins.

The workout

5 burpees, find some wall, 20 Praying Mantis in cadence.  Peoples chair with air press.  Find a planter, 10 decline merkins in cadence, 10 squates in cadence, 10 incline merkins in cadence, 10 box jumps or step ups, 10 dips in cadence.  5 burpees.  

Mosey to the bus lot.  Tried to explain that it isnt always a good idea to go for the first goal you see.  We would run to the second goal do an exercie, run back, run to third goal, do an exercise, run back, run to the third goal, do an an exercise, run back.  3 rounds with the same exercises, each time dropping 5 reps. First was 30 merkins, 25 squat jumps, 20 WWIIs.  Second set of 3 started with 25 mountain climbers, 20 carolina dry docks, 15 mason twists.  Confusion and complaining abound but the pax pushed through.  We finished with 5 burpees and ran back to the main parking lot for 4 minutes of mary with Caboose trying to fill the time with LBCs, after struggling I finally identified Big M and he called dying cockroach, then Code Blue finished us off with some Bam Bams. 

 

Thanks for coming pax, I can attest and heard from a few that the arms were dead and heavy when we were done, mine were heavy about half way through.  We will suffer with no Mighty Oak for the next two weeks as we celebrate Christmas and New Years!
