7 men appeared in the gloom for a heavy metal party!

WARMORAMA:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Karyoke, Side Straddle Hops (SSH) x 25, Imperial Storm Troopers (IST)x 15, Toy Soldiers (TS) x 15m, Windmills (WM)x 20, Cherry Pickers (CP) x 20, Merkins x 20

THE THANG:

Each person rotated through 7 stations in order, starting at the station that they began with and completing all stations for two rounds.  Each exercise lasted as long as it took the man in station #7 to complete his sprint

  1.  Kettle Bell swing 30lb
  2.  Lateral raises with 15lbs dumbbells 
  3.  Skull Crushers with 25lb dumbbell 
  4.  Squats with 25lb dumbbell
  5.  Sprint from workout area to parking lot entrance
  6.  Sprint from workout area to parking lot entrance
  7.  Sprint from workout area to parking lot entrance

?Next, we did two rounds of the following exercises in circle and rotated to the next station when the person at the curl station had completed the curls on both arms

  1.  Curls x 10 each arm
  2.  Merkins
  3.  Kettle Bell snatch
  4.  Merkins
  5.  Weighted Sit Ups
  6.  Merkins
  7.  Weighted Lunges
