THE THANG
Pax moseys to back playground to retrieve blocks while Q retrieves the 42LB bucket of kitty litter he recently purchased and had in his truck.
Met at the bottom of the baby hill.
One pax grab the kitty litter and takes it to the top of the hill and back while the pax perform an exercise while we wait. Once the pax with the litter returns we all do a backward run to the top and a mosey back down. We did 2 full cycles through the pax.

I found myself really stressed out last night around my son’s bedtime with painting, taping and hanging doors. As a result I didn’t make it to his room quick enough to tell him goodnight before he fell asleep. It didn’t seem like a big deal at the time. As I laid down to sleep myself I couldn’t help feeling very guilty for no taking the time to stop what I was doing and go tell him goodnight. I need to work on being patient and knowing what the truly important priorities in life are.
MOLESKIN
-Really liked the idea of carrying the weight up the hill and back down. Might have to keep the litter container and refill it with sand and a few rocks to step up the weight a little bit. Stay tuned…..
-As usual SVU had some late stragglers this morning. Only one at the AO but I saw the girls, I mean running team, standing at the entrance around 0528 still waiting on PAX when they blasted a 0525 launch. Wonder how long they waited?
-Offered the PAX an option of seeing what was behind door number two after the first round. After Theuss warned them it was probally burpees they opted for a second round of carrying litter. It was seven minutes of burpees. You choose wisely.
-Metrodog left a little early which was just fine with me as he had some scary sounding gas that likely required a quick trip to the shower to clean himself up. Hope you made it home in time.
-Can someone explain the process on onboarding an FNG onto this site to SVU? It’s been a while since they have had to do it. Strudel has been here for at least a month and still isn’t on the site. Get on this #POTUS.
