WARMORAMA:

Work out today started with a warmup run of about a mile.

THE THANG:

Post 1

30 secs Mercans

30 secs Mountain Climbers

(alternated for 3 mins total –  basically 3 sets of each non-stop for 3mins)

Jump rope 1 min

Post 2

30 sec frog jumps

30 sec freddy  mercurys

( alternated for 2 min)

25 Side Staddle Hops IC and 15 Burpees

Post 3

30 sec plank

30 sec mason twists

(alternated for 3 mins)

15 lunges each leg

Post 4

30 sec crunch with fully extended legs

30 sec mercans

(alternate for 2 mins)

Bear crawl 1 min

Cool down run about 1/2 mile

MOLESKIN

  • very nice morning for a good workout, no humidity, cool, birds singing… Reminded pax of the Bob Marley song " Don't Worry  about a tang"
  • very little mumble chatter when the warm up run began
  • learned about the various different styles of BBQ this am, apparently the mustard based style was originated in SC.   (I think there may have been some mustard style barbeque made after that first post!) Man that was tough!
  • also learned to give moms feed bags before going out for brunch…LOL!
  • Great seeing Swamp Thing!
