HIIT Exercise- High Intensity Interval Training – 45 secs of as many reps of the following exercises as possible followed by 20 secs of rest, then 45 secs of the next exercise, 20 secs of rest, repeato, repeato, etc., etc….

  • Timer sure beats the heck out of counting

  • G Rip still basking in the glow of Homecoming as a proud papa to the Junior class princess

  • And what a homecoming football game between MICS and RS Central (Rutherford County mountain school) it was. Score was tied 7-7 at half-time. The second half featured an offensive explosion by both teams (no defense demonstrated), a few kicking return touchdowns (no special teams defense demonstrated), the MICS QB throwing for over 500 yards and a final score of 48-42 with MICS losing at the end from not being able to score in the final seconds. RS Central had a Derick Henry lookalike running back and a shifty running quarterback that were beasts
