One pax does block exercise while other sprints to 3rd mailbox up hill and does an exercise at top of hill and then mosey back down. Swap and repeato.
Round 1: Block flutter kicks and runner 10 hand release Mericans at top of hill
Round 2: Block curls and runner 10 WWIs at top of hill
Round 3: Block squats and runner 10 Carolina dry docks at top of hill
Round 4: Block skull crushers and runner 10 monkey humpers at top of hill
Change up to quadrafelia up other side of hill to second mailbox
Round 5: Block kickstands and runner 10 lunges at top of hill
Round 6: Block merican hammer runner 10 dippy birds at top of hill
