Stray and I did close to a 3 mile standard. Arrived back at the AO for the rest of the crew to assemble.
Launched at 0530, and warmup run about 1/2 mile to hill (intersection of Summer Serenade and Tanners Creek). Ran up Tanners Creek, left on Palomar, the two rights to come back down to the start. After about 4x repeat, added the extension down the end of Palomar and back up to the loop for some added elevation. Repeat 3x then 1/2 mile return to the AO.
Great opportunity for Blue Ridge Relay training. Tough hills, but felt good to push ourselves this morning.
