14 men braced for the pain cave as we entered the dark recesses of the Mad Scientist. Today was a BRR Hill Simulator. I think I was the only one out of the group to be doing the #BRR however. Nonetheless, we got after it.
Mosey to the Top – 15 SSH, 10 Toy Soldiers, 10 prison squats, 20 plank jacks
SkEtChY Beatdown: Inspired by none other than Etch-A-Sketch, this was an all downhill beatdown.
From the top of the deck, do an excercise and sprint all the way down to the basement. Ascend up via the stairs and come back to the start point. We added an exercise each round, stacking the exercises.
Round 1 – 5 burpees
Round 2 – 10 merkins
Round 3 – 15 prison squats
Round 4 – 20 LBCs
Round 5 – 25 dips
Round 6 – 30 low flutters

1. Prison Squats were a crowd pleaser. Lots of mumble chatter on this. It got sketchy real quick – thanks to Big Kid.
2. Qbert picked up a burrito in the stairwell and asked for someone to split. No takers.
3. Stapler looks no older than 22. He's 48. Will need to check his driver's license.
4. Labon got the six. Thanks man. Nice job master Q'ing this terrible pain cave. Great work!
5. Not sure who won the last sprint? Qbert or Firestone. Both men looked close to a merlot spill.
6. Nice to get to know Brady and Late Night. Not sure we've run into each other yet. F3 keeps growing. Thanks for coming out.
7. SpongeBob – see you next Wednesday? Qbert generally kicks us in the face and then drags us through the mud.
8. Camp Gladiator Master Clipboarder Dude didn't look too happy when we ascended the deck blasting Mr. Brightside. I ran into at least 3 of his tomato gladiators on my descent. Clipboarder again not happy.
9. We found the sweet spot at the top of the deck. Amazing breeze. Thank you Lord.
