AM-PM and Swiftie met YHC at 5:15 for a warmup mile to add to our mile totals for our F3 Cleveland May Challenge. We met Drebin and Vandelay in the parking lot and headed straight for Bud Henderson.

We ran to the Community School of Davidson parking lot and from there ran down Bud Henderson and back to the parking lot 5 times. We finished with a half mile cool down around the track and everyone ended between 4 and 5 miles for the day. 

Moleskin:
Was a great morning with perfect weather. We are entering the phase of the year where we are seeing some pretty incredible sunrises so try to pause for a moment and take those in. YHC was humbled this morning to run with some pretty impressive pax. Swiftie, Vandelay, AM-PM, and Drebin all took turns leading the group up the hill while YHC was dragging. Thanks for the push this morning guys, it was definitely need.

Prayers for UM and his entire family as they navigate the loss of his mom. We lifted you up this morning and just know the entire Isotope region is thinking and praying for you. Prayers also for the marshals and Charlotte police officer who lost their lives Monday as well as those injured and affected by such a awful tragedy.
