Hills at the Estate


A quick jaunt around the playground and soccer fields led to a warm up.

  • 20x side straddle hop
  • 15x emperial storm trooper
  • 15x toy soldier
  • 15x Dwight Shroop
  • 15x mountain climber

we then decided the hill needed a 4×4 workout, so we did a ladder starting with 2 merkins, run up the hill 10 squats down to 10 merkins and 2 squats.

and then we repeated the ladder.

and the we threepeated the ladder.

an amazing mobility moment calmed the crowd And rested us all up for a 200M Indian run, followed by merkins, Apollo Onos, and LBCs.  Another amazing Indian run took us to the blocks.

the blocks went for a full 15 minutes, because we only found 1 Q for Rooter.  The blocks included a Zamporini Challenge won by Elmers.

Recover recover.

exercise count quieted the mumble chatter, led to just over 3 miles, and almost 1000activw calories burned.  Off to bagels.
