THE THANG
Mosey to the bottom of the big hill on Sailview Drive
Split into two groups
Group 1 runs up to the top of the hill while group 2 does exercises. Then switch
Exercises:
*Merkins
*WWI’s
*Burpees
*Jump Squats
Sprint down to the end of Skipper’s street to make sure everything is okay. Mosey back. (Fartsacked 2 of the 3 workouts this week)

-Shirley is fast! During the sprint he blew past the rest of the PAX.
-SVU had all of their PAX there by 5:35.
-Dandelion was on time.
-FNG’s are Theuss’s son and Brother in Law. Brother in law has been here before and was named Kardashian. Should have been there if you want to know the story behind the name.
