Hitting the weights

Warmorama:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, One legged plank walk outs, Windmills, Cherry Pickers, Toy Soldiers

The Thang:

12 stations, 10 reps at each station

  • Bridge Press 35lb Kettlebells
  • Front Raise 10lb Dumbbells
  • Squat 60lb Sandbag
  • Bench 40lb Dumbbells
  • Step Ups 20lb Kettlebells
  • Plank Row 35lb Dumbbells
  • Clean Press 40lb Sandbag
  • Hammer Curl 25lb Dumbbells
  • Scaption 15lb Dumbbells
  • Curls 30lb Dumbbells
  • Arnold Press 30lb Dumbbells
  • Curl, Press, Crush 45lb Kettlebell

1st round:  Pax did 5 leg lifts after each station, then lap around parking lot

2nd round: Pax did 10 leg lifts after each station, then lap

3rd round: no leg lifts after the stations

Pax finished with 10 Burpees OYO

Moleskin:

  • Nice morning for a workout
  • Either record number of stations this am or tied the record… Q almost ran out of chalk writing down all of the exercises.
  • It was Tool Time's idea to bump up the leg lifts to 10 after each station.  Thanks Tool Time!
  • Prayers go up for those traveling, Grip – Europe, Double Double – Kenya, and the pax also prayed for Slow Roll's co-worker Sarah and her family.
