Bear crawl approximately 20 yards
Lunge approximately 20 yards
Quadraphelia approximately 30 yards
Mosey back to down under bars
Repeat as necessary reducing reps by one per round, e.g. 11, 10, 9, 8… but distance exercises remain the same
