Hollywood leg day


Leg day and it was a good one. We did some sprints, jump squats, Bulgarians, glute bridges, burpees, and tried something new, a stagger stepped squat with weight offset from front to back. It was a challenge for balance and really cooked my groin, that being said I’m not in a hurry to include it in future workouts. Pax seemed to have fun, good mix of mumblechatter and hard work. Plenty of sweat visible in the video evidence. Coffeeteria was fun too. Another great f3 bootcamp in the books.
