Kudos to Omega for bring an FNG – Pete, who played for lacrosse for the Charlotte Hounds and just moved here from Upstate NY where he coached Hobart. He plans to post again and get named.
This was my first bootcamp work out since finishing a 1/2 Triatholon with Shake, Omaha, Tulu, Holiday and Jethro.
It's was great to do Side straddle hops, Mtn climbers, Merkins, Praying Mantis, lots of DORA and a good old fashion round robin Mary.
Prayers out to Deep Dish and his family since the loss of his dad.
