A small but mighty crowd showed up, even though the Pre-Blast promised running and burpees.  They were not disappointed.  

The warm-up consisted of the standard IST, Toy Soldiers, Merkins, 50 SSH's in cadence, and 2 burpees.

The rest of the workout consisted of running the greenway to the bridge with several stops along the way with:

  • Mohammed Alli's
  • Low Slow Squats
  • Merkins
  • LBC's
  • WW2
  • SSH
  • One legged squat
  • Calf Raises
  • Incline Merkins
  • Decline Merkins

And we always ended each stop with 5 burpees.  Got to around 50 total.

Namorama ended with my declaring my age as 50 and being met with "Respect". It was an honor and a privilege to lead a great group of men this morning. Thanks to each and every one of you.
