Playground in the back
10x pull ups, 20 dry docks, and 30 LBCs with after each set run to the last basketball goal x3
Then move to the wall for some work
Next head to blocks or grab a kettle bell
Strong work on the bells and blocks
Stretch, Baller learned how to do pigeon, was a great day.
