NMS:

  • Kotter Red Cedar was back out after a couple years away & modified to blockees at one point…Isotope is stronger with you in the pax brother…keep coming out
  • The Force & BEP training for the HH were hoping we would do a WIB with lots of running
  • Thanks to Crocs for bringing the tunes and waking up the neighbors…maybe they'll join us soon
  • Rodeo always puts his head down and grinds out the beatdown…gettin' stronger brother
  • Rocket lived up to his namesake and got in all 12 rounds…BOOM!
  • Thanks for showing up and putting in the work this morning. When we start to give in to doing the easy thang, we get complacent and start to decelerate. Always do the harder thing especially on the last Monday of the month. No Murph doesn't equal easy. Hopefully we proved that this morning. And never forget those, like Robbie Miller, who have paved the way for us. Until the next time…
