Cousin Eddie found a basketball, so felt the need to incorporate. Plan was to shoot a free throw until we make one, then head back to the pavilion. Miss and we do 5 burpees. Regrettably we all were knocking the rust off on our hoop skills so we did 20 burpees total. Next round switched it up to 5 X CDD IC and still no bucket. Thinking we might be here awhile, switched to 10 X Squat IC and finally Cousin Eddie drained one after one round of squats.
The Thang
Back up to the playground for 10 X Pull Ups and 10 X Mericans IC so Cousin Eddie and Stapler could loosen up the Murph muscles from yesterday. Back to the picnic tables:
