I came into my first Q with one goal in mind,  don’t get lapped by Cousin Eddie.  We had 14 men brave the semi frozen tundra and check the box for the March Horseshoe.  May have made some enemies with the selections but we got through it together.

Lunge w/ torso twist 10 per leg
