16 men arrived somewhat aware that the monthly running of #TheHorseshoe would be set in motion. Outlaw calls it the easiest Q, but with this wylie group, I would disagree.
For the record, The 3 Stooges-Mo, Larry, and Curly are not registered on the site, but were present!
Mosey to launch pad for Warm-o-Rama

Mosey through the convenient new (to me) street to get to base camp for Horseshoe instructions.
The Thang:
Each lap is .27 miles. Each lap you do an exercise at the end and you add the previous lap’s exercise to the next lap until we get to the 5th lap. With the start of the 6th lap, reverse ladder begins and you drop the 1st exercise and continue until you get to 1 exercise.
Exercises:
- Merkin Jacks x 5
- Sumo Jump Squats x 10
- Tony Hawks x 15
- Monkey Humpers x 10
- Curb Jump/Broad Jump Belly Touchers (Burpees in disguise) Ladder x 5
Equalizer: The 1st three men that arrive back at the even laps complete the series of exercises, then mosey to the rock pile for Body Burners x 10 then get back to the laps.
It Pays to be a Winner Moleskin:
1. I knew I was in for trouble when announcing the broad jump burpee combo (by the way we did 65), but it had to happen. Outlaw, the PAINinsula has been #Incognated (Rules, meh!)
2. TClaps to the 3 stooges, you guys are getting after it! And in stooge fashion, they #ClownCar.
3. Sorry (not sorry) Hat Trick, but the "normal" exercises have become stale and easy, time to challenge the brain and the muscles.
4. The #Equalizer saw visits from Burner, Landline, Billy Bob, 9 Lives, and YHC. Strong runs this morning men.
5. Thanks to several "This sucks!" Credit Thug, The Force, and someone else. Just think we get to do it again next month!!!! Hooray America!
6. Not sure anyone completed today's running of the Horseshoe. I'd gladly come back and lead it next month! #GetBetter
7. Outlaw says the allotment of Burpees have been met for 2017. (Hey Outlaw, refer to comment 1 about your rules! Pew-pew).
8. Outlaw has a couple communty service opportunities in April for C3PO- our brother with ALS. Home chores April 1st and ALS walk (with F3LKN convergence) April 28. Keep a look out for times and whereabouts.
9. Always a pleasure to lead at my ex-home AO. Great effort by you men this morning. Be thankful for what we have, but give this damn thing away! We need every man in LKN with us!
