It was really hot and humid to start the day. We ran to the greenway and dodged a massive tree which fell during the storm. We had an Amen sighting and found Crocs working in his garage. Thanks brother for the much needed water. On the long slog home we got a nice pick me up from Popcorn leaving the hood & giving us all encouragement to keep going. Great to see these guys on the run to keep us motivated. Thanks for a great run today guys. Trails next weekend.
