Reflection:
Mathew 11:28-29 – As fathers we ask our children to do hard things, to stay clean in a dirty world, to tend to their duties, to be better each day. As dads we need to do the same, to push harder, to be better, to be more clean. But the dam can only hold back so much water until it begins to break. Remember Mathew 11:28-29 and remember to take on the burden of the Savior, it makes life more bearable, we will receive an increased capacity to get things done, to be better, to be stronger, wiser, smarter, and more able.
28 ¶ Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Mole Skin:

- Ziplock was steady as usual, faked out the Q by calling “Time at round 6” Q was so beat that he was going to play along with it but Ziplock jumped back into the swing of things
