The day started at 04:50am for the standard. The party included Motorboat, Contra, Goodell, Six Shooter, Loveshack, and LadyBug. It consisted of 3.5 miles of all the hills that Dirty Mo has to offer.
The Thang
The objective today was a timed run. The question, "how far do we run?", is a personal question. PAX were asked to run south Morrison Plantation and head west on Brawley. After 20 min, PAX were instructed to return to the AO.
At least 3 PAX decided to work on being able to open a pickle jar, rather than being able to out run a bear. LW, Cupcake and Totebag, had a good time. At least one left DNA.

At least 5 PAX ran negative splits. Hats off to getting better!
This just in, Goodell and Chicken Little are fast. Both got 5 miles in.
Can you run and watch Fox News at the same time… hmmm, just ask Brushless.
On a personal note… it was a memorable first Q. No one was harmed or lost. I have really enjoyed being a part of F3RC the last five or so months. I'm only disappointed I didn't join earlier. Thanks for helping me a better man.
