THE THANG
A few rounds of kettlebell exercises including: curls, overhead press, KB swings, chest press and skull crushers (on your 6).
A series of lunge walks with KBs being transferred between your legs at each stride. After each walk we performed an exercise: Lawn Mowers, Bent Over Rows, Upright Rows, something else that was awesome.
Head to the school wall for some People’s Chair, Praying Mantiss and Wall Presses x 2
Head to the benches for a few sets of dips.
Parking lot sprints/jogs.
A quick Pigeon series.
Set of 8 count body builders followed by a Curl series.
