Not on the site: twister, kid dynamite, rocker. Great to have you Late Night! YHC had to leave before the other FNG was named, someone call it out and I'll add it!
Today was a crazy morning at the Mad Scientist, 29 PAX conquered the parking garage and showed the ladies of Camp Gladiator what pushing yourself really looks like. YHC has never Q'd for that many PAX, and admitedly was not prepared. After some inital confusion, everyone felt their fair share of pain and are better because of it! 6? posted for a 2 mile standard.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the top of the deck and circle up
SSH IC x10
Potato Farmers x10
Imperial Storm Trooper (the Empire did nothing wrong BTW) x10
Muricans IC x15
The Thang:
This was sort of a workout I've been wanting to do, but scaled down as there were quite a few FNGs and kotters.
50 Muricans to start, then:
1 full lap up and down the parking deck, performing the burpees in the basement, and the squats at the top.
20/40, 15/30, 10/20 burpees and squats respecitvely.
Flutter Kicks IC x50 while we waited for the six.
The group banded together to do another full lap with the six.
Slow mosey to the clock:
3 rounds of 15 dips, 15 wall jumps, lap around discovery place.
Flutter kicks IC x40?
Shoulder touch Mericans IC x10

Moleskin:
This was my first time with a group this size. I had a block workout with little running to accomodate an FNG who ended up not showing. I knew when there were six cars in the parking lot for the standard, and 4 or 5 more waiting 15min prior, that we wouldn't have enough blocks for the planned workout. Next time I'll be more prepared for the unknown, and hopefully soon we can do the full workout (100 muricans, 40/50, 30/40, 20/40 burpees and squats).
Great to see so many FNGs and kotters come out today. Keep posting! Don't forget, the pain of regret hurts more than the pain of dedication!
Thanks again Labon and all my F3 brothers for the opportunity!
