Warm-up
Normal stuff. The Germanator led us through windmills with G-RIP MIA. Germanator’s form is approaching the level of G-RIP. Might need to have a side-by-side comparison to assess the best form in MIL.
Main Event
Run to parking lot at Preservation Point. Launch here for a variation of the Triple Nickel. At launch point: 10 X merkins, 10 X abs of choice. Run to bottom of cul-de-sac: 10 X CDD, 10 X abs of choice. 5 X through.
Circle: American Hammer + low flutter combo X 10 IC, 20 X merkins OYO.
Run back to clubhouse. Stop at top of boat launch. Arms out to side + low flutter combo X 10 IC. Plank set.
At clubhouse. Realized we had 5 mins left. Ran to top of hill at OMD. Little arm circles + low flutter X 10 IC. Merkins X 10 IC. Box cutter X 15 IC.
AYG run back to clubhouse. Still had a minute left….time was on our side. 15 X merkins OYO, 15 X W-up’s.
