Moleskin:
So I arrived around 5:10 with intentions of getting a standard in but was meet with pouring rain. After checking the radar and seeing that the rain would end around 5:30 I decided to sit in the truck until then and forgo the standard. (I know I know…..a girly decision but Q is just now recovering from the crud)
Q thought we would be working out alone today but was saved when Metro arrived around 5:29. Once Metro and I started a few more Pax moseyed in late. Must have been doing their makeup.
Reflection:
“Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so, let us all be thankful.” Gautama Buddha
Q has been a little stressed out lately concerned about the direction of his company and thus his career. After losing sleep worrying about the situation I try to stay positive and be grateful for what I have and the situation I am currently in. We must be grateful for the important things and stop worrying about the things that aren't important. Health of our loved ones and ourselves is far more important than being able to have luxuries that aren't necessary. Always remember that the situation could be much worse and be thankful for what you have.
