One lonely PAX hit the gloom solo for a post-apocalyptic feeling Beatdown. YHC wasn’t sure if he had missed the zombie apocalypse, until the garbage truck came half way through the Beatdown. But not wanting to miss the one day this week I planned to show, YHC got to work on the blocks WARMORAMA: admittedly sparse, mosey to blocks and some arm circles.THE THANG: YHC stuck to the plan, wanting to see if it worked the way I planned. Started in the bus lot on stall 14, with 14 reps of the following: curls, shoulder press+skull crushers, Lawnmowers each arm, oblique side raises. Once done with those, mosey down to the monkey bars for 10 pull-ups and 20 Americans. Mosey back to blocks.Zamperini blocks from stall 14 to stall 12 (closer to monkey bars) and repeato with 12 reps of each. Mosey to bars (A little shorter now) and eight pull-ups 15 Americans.Zamperini blocks to the number 10 stall, repeater 10 reps, mosey to bars, 6 pull ups 10 Americans.Zamperini blocks back to start and away.A little Mary (which YHC may or may not have skipped, you’ll never know) and recovery cover.MOLESKIN:- The beat down went well, may have to bring that back sometime. Though with the large block the shoulder press into skull crushers was quite challenging to get to 14 reps.
