I am now officially part of THE CLUB


Drano from F3 Mocksville is FNG-1.  Drano texted me the night before and let me know he would be in town so he showed up for the standard and ran with Titan and myself.

Frogger was so excited that we would be under cover in the deck for the Parking Deck of Pain PDOP.

This workout has always been able to keep the mumblechatter down even from Frogger.  

Gave disclaimer, Psalm 118:24 and circled up for SSH, IST, long snapper, windmill and arm circles.

Then start the pain.

At first line one rep and add 1 at each line stopping at 15th line so total of 120 per each exercise.

We did KB swings, curls, squats, and calf raises. 

Then we did a little stretch, down dog and pigeon and arm stretches.

Then a little more pain – shoulder press and skull crushers.

Drano introduced us to the protractor – raising legs up to different degrees – I think we liked that one.  It really sucked which is good.
