Great work gents. You truly showed you are a cut above the fold.

PitStop and Something partnered up for a pre-standard run. Pit Stop looked like he belonged in Miyagi-do given his headband (which really suited him well). Something wasn’t intimidated by it at all though as they ran ahead.

Camelback, Crocs, and Jaws joined YHC for a standard ruck before the AO. We discussed the Manti Te’o documentary that is streaming (that’s some messed up stuff right there), observations while on the beach, the stock market, real estate, and the Marvel/Sony/Disney super hero character rights debacle (yes, a very diverse conversation). Camelback is as smooth as they come. Dude can sport long sleeves like no other and still make them look good in hot weather. Crocs always brings the heat and leads the pack. He is a solid dude (Level 7 like). I’ve also enjoyed getting to know Jaws better the past few weeks. He’s a cool guy and way smarter than YHC.

Carpet Bagger is coming back with a vengeance (and is also preparing for his birthday that is not even in the immediate future).

Freedom is also coming back strong and killed it tonight.

Half and Half is quiet but lethal. Dude gets it done.

Mr. Holland sets the pace and brought his A game by finishing each set while begging for another.

It was great seeing Prison Break again. He’s been out enjoying the arrival of his newborn son which is/should be his priority for a few weeks.

Swanson was impressed by the diverse exercises and tame mumble-chatter tonight. He was a good neighbor to me for the core circuit.

All-in-all, it was great to be with my F3 brothers. Thanks to Pit Stop for lending me the keys to the AO. BTW, has he ever posted the back-blast from 8/3? How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll tootsie pop?  Is there a pattern behind prime numbers? Some things are just hard to understand…

Until next time gents,

Toby
