Yesterday Uncle Rico had the Q at Samson and supposedly forgot the burpees. Well, don’t worry sir… I got you fam.
Gypsy for the solo standard today. Qbert couldn’t make it this morning – minor injury yesterday in the family that needed attention. I heard from him right before posting the BB and things are OK.

Made our way down one section of the parking lot for a longer run distance as we get ready for “Elevens”
- Do 10 burpees
- Run to the other end of the parking lot
- Do 1 WWII sit-up
- Repeat that pattern, subtracting 1 burpee and adding 1 WWII sit-up until you hit 1 burpee and 10 WWII sit-ups
- Excellent work by all on this routine.
- Uncle Rico, Bam Bam, Bunyan, Gypsy, were all pack leaders. Pretty typical. YHC was roughly in the middle. We knocked out 20 side-straddle hops while waiting on the 6.

- Thank you Qbert for lending me your AO for the day
- Bam Bam mentioned he will be starting up a new AO for the summer, with a 6:30 start time, either at Lake Forrest Church or Grand Oak. The new AO will aim to introduce new PAX to F3 that either due to school-related obligations or apprehension over the 5:30 start times had not been fully EH’d yet. If you know somebody that fits this description (or they just like sleeping in a little) this is another opportunity to get those guys involved. Best of luck Bam Bam!
- Come to think of it though, I did forget to use those pull-up bars…
