FNG-1 was recently named Motion Lotion, FNG-2 was Jim now known as Tiny Dancer, FNG-3 was Exodus who I can't find here.
The 4th leg of the Road to Shambala was a simple foot race. Run out for 22-23 minutes and run back, like Forrest Gump, but less miles. That's about all I have to say about that.
