THM “signed up” to Q this installment of Vailer Training.  YHC (The Force) planned to be there for the full beatdown, but family duties called so I had to pack this morning and stopped by for some of the jump squats, squats, curls and skull crushers.  Kept the truck runnin’ and my coffee hot, hit some reps, asked for prayers from the pax, then hit the road on my way to the coast.  Appreciate the 2+ years of continued prayers and support from my brothers.  Mama Force is on the decline, but knows the prayers from the pax are not, and it means a lot.

YHC did not witness THM call any exercises, but he was clearly in charge – even Toxic appeared to be playing along nicely.
