I love the smell of na-pollen in the gloom


Eleven (11) men braved the na-pollen and met in the gloom for a nasty KB beatdown and eight (8) rucked it on a balmy April morning when the pollen was making national news.  All exercises were in cadence unless otherwise noted below …

Partner up for a Pyramid workout; as a pair of Pax achieve the count of reps for each exercise: I called it the Coach Demyer 1-2-3-2-1

Moleskin:

YHC kept it simple and so it went.  Mumble chatter was at a minimum due to keeping count but the enthusiasm for the workout was impressive. I originally intended to end with 100 Plank-drags but it was not to be.  We ran short on time. Heard this morning: "I love the smell of na-pollen in the morning, it smells like victory!"  A huge "thanks" to the Pax for giving it their all this morning.  And to Banana Peel for letting me take the wheel at my former AO.
