At 0530, I was a sad clown. Thankfully Lone Star is the master Q so I knew to wait a few minutes.
we used parking decks when it poured, the loop when it drizzled. 3.1 miles ran with some pace on 2 rounds and base for the rest.
lots of merkins, plank and squat jacks, core work.
