It was a cold night. Lots of running and complaining about the running. A few ran the standard (Something, Strutter, Burning Bush) prior and may have regretted their decision slightly. BIG props to everyone for sticking through this hell especially the half yoga, half exercise "High Knee to Superman". Appreciate the support of the PAX on another abnormal Night Ranger Q.
