Fully embracing SVU time Mater and YHC show up at 5:31am greeted by 3 impatient PAX ready to begin. YHC declares it time for SSH and says begin, but still shaking off the morning sleepies YHC forgot it was my responsibility to lead the cadence…so we stop to really begin. 
 

Warm Up:

  • Arm Circles All Around 

The Thang: 

Mosey to the back playground and begin: 

  • 100 LBCs 
  • 90 Mountian Climbers 
  • 80 Air Squats 
  • 70 Shoulder Slaps 
  • 60 Lunges 
  • 50 World War Ones 
  • 40 Merkins 
  • 30 Block Thrusters 
  • 20 Jane Fandas per leg
  • 10 Burpees 

Catch our breathe and continue 

  • 9 Curls and 1 Merkin, repeat until 1 Curl and 9 Merkins 
  • 9 Skull Crushers and 1 WW1, same rep scheme 
  • 9 Milk Jugs and 1 Squat, same rep scheme 

Mosey back to the launch pad and recover recover. 
 

Reflection: 

Mark 4:39, "Peace Be Still", how often do we spend more time scared of the storm than we do trusting our savior? Christ is in control and when we call out to him he has the ability to say Peace Be Still and the wind and wave can stop. 
 

Moleskin: 

  • Dandelion assures me that even though he hates my workouts, my life is not in danger because he wants me to live to meet my son in a few weeks. 
  • Strudel needs some mulch, and is better at push ups than anyone we have ever met. 
  • Mully assured us that no kids woke up in the leaving of his house this morning. 
  • Mater is still sore from Murph and blames YHC for not helping with that. Also if anyone needs some hotdogs he's got them.
