Run a little more than a 1/2 mile
The Thang:
3 rounds of the following set:
- Merkin with dumbbell Front Raise x 10
- Diamond dumbbell press x 10
- Merkin with dumbbell row x 10
- Curl, Press, Crush x 10
After the 3rd round, pax ran a little more than a 1/2 mile
Next, we did 3 rounds of the following set:
- Kneeling one arm dumbbell press x 5 each arm
- Bench, crush, press x 10
- Hammer curl, press, crush x 10 each arm
- Bridge press x 10
Moleskin:
- The triceps were getting very weary after this jam session.
- Impressive showing of the pax after the snow-meggedan 2018
- The black ice was tricky to maneuver around, and Q almost busted his "ice" running back into the boat launch
