4 men appeared on an icy morning for a Metal Workout!

Warmorama:

SSH x 30, IST x 20, Cherry Pickers x 15, WM x 15

Run a little more than a 1/2 mile

The Thang:

3 rounds of the following set:

  1.  Merkin with dumbbell Front Raise x 10
  2.  Diamond dumbbell press x 10
  3.  Merkin with dumbbell row x 10
  4.  Curl, Press, Crush x 10

After the 3rd round, pax ran a little more than a 1/2 mile 

Next, we did 3 rounds of the following set:

  1.  Kneeling one arm dumbbell press x 5 each arm
  2.  Bench, crush, press x 10
  3.  Hammer curl, press, crush x 10 each arm
  4.  Bridge press x 10

Moleskin:

  • The triceps were getting very weary after this jam session.  
  • Impressive showing of the pax after the snow-meggedan 2018
  • The black ice was tricky to maneuver around, and Q almost busted his "ice" running back into the boat launch 
  • Great to see a "healthy" Surf and Turf!  Welcome back bro!
  • Great work Natty, Surf and Turf, and Slow Roll!
