Ichabod was getting after it in the wee hours of the morning by running a 3 mile standard prior to Viking’s 530 am start. Great work brother!
The rain wasn’t quite as threatening as some may have expected but we managed to stay dry making good use of the entrance of CCC for warm-a-rama before moseying down to the soccer field picnic shelter. Toby was running a bit late but was able to use his built-in GPS and found us shortly after the PAX arrived at the picnic shelter. Incline merkins, dips, air squats and split-squats were performed for multiple rounds. We also used the wall around the corner for people’s chair, air presses, praying mantis, and calf raises. Mobility was mixed in throughout the morning and we ended with pop-corn style MARY.
Great morning and YHC is grateful to be among fellow PAX who continue to encourage and inspire!
Prayers lifted for Hippie’s sister’s mother-in-law. Praise for Hippie’s neighbor’s expected arrival of their 3rd child. Continue lifting up JB as he recently lost a good friend.
