6 of LKN's finest and YHC came out to a drizzly Stretch. But the Caboose stage at Veterans Park provided for ample cover while we did some injury prevention and recovery stretches. Stray lead the Mad Scientist crew through for a fly by, even doing some bear crawls in the rain at the VFW parking lot for our viewing enjoyment.
We did some stretches, focusing on proper warmup and holding time, and wrapped up with coffeteria at MSC, who were actually open today. Good times!
