Well, it’s that time again. A Clubber bb, where he is told more effort goes into the bb than the actual workout. That may be an untrue statement given today’s activity. Nonetheless, here we go…

10 HIM, FNG is Duke Nukem who is not an FNG and needs to create a profile, came out to the luscious grounds of ELHS Mustang to get strong, enjoy the fellowship, and learn about emergency veterinary procedures for family pets (dogs) that have extended periods of excitement. Unfortunately, only a very small amount of taco talk this am, however they were thought about. Got the “go” on the Q late Friday, so I searched the site for some of my older options, and found one that I liked, with some altering, we had today.

On 12/31/16 a group of Nomads from the GasHouse appeared to post, and a similar workout was handed out. There, we learned about the SV(u) or the Sandy V. Hefty quickly recalled that day as soon as we lined up on the soccer field.

The Thang

To begin, let’s travel Clubber Lane. Lap around the parking lot, flag pole, school, behind track, past softball/baseball fields, around soccer field, and plank for the 6.

Line up on white line (sideline of soccer field). Here is what happens:

On the line do 10 IC of called exercise, run to midfield and do 20 IC of called exercise, back to start line for 10 IC and then sprint to far side of field for 10 IC. Some but most likely not all or in the correct order of what was conducted.

On the 10s (sidelines, both start and far side)

  • Grumbles about the work on the soccer field, was wishing for a @Skipper showing, to work on his soccer arms
  • The talk turned to events lasting over 4 hours, but with the family pet. We all know the procedure and process to follow in the unlikely event this happens to any of us, or our pets. Process flow, via BPMN 2.0 to follow shortly, per Lean Six Sigma methodologies
