Circuit 1-on your 6 for Chest Press Gassers:

-Chest press x20 (40)

-With the KB extended, we kept going for “Just 5 More” until all Pax went silent (YHC lost count of how many extra rounds we got in, but one could argue that it was unreasonable)

Circuit 2-Burner series (down/up the ramp by parking lines increase rep w/each line:

-Squats and Curls (increase by 1 each line=15 lines)

-Squats and Overhead press (increase by 1 each line=14 lines)

Took a break to rest our arms and legs and did:

-Glute bridge holds x5 (Squeeze!)

-Glute bridge thrusters x15 (20)

Continue:

-Squats and pax choice of Skull crusher or KB swing (increase by 1 each line=13 lines)

In total=120 curls, 106 overhead press, 91 skull crushers/KB Swings and 317 squats.

Circuit 3: Partner up

-Partner 1 carries both KBs down/up the ramp while Partner 2 does WWII’s (switch and repeat)
